FLIGHT OPERATIONS TERMS
AND CONDITIONS for Agents & Brokers
Saras Rescue Pvt. Ltd. will not be
held responsible for any delay or cancellation due to the following operational
terms and conditions as mentioned below. All members must plan in advance, to
avoid any sort of delay in shifting the patient
i.
All flight
activations require minimum 12 working hours for permission from various
agencies. Saras Rascue will not fly any aircraft until & unless proper
clearance is received from all ground agencies before departure.
ii.
For all
Airport Authority of India (“AAI”) airports 24 hours prior notice is
required for operating the aircraft but due to medical emergencies permissions
are given at short notice. It is at the discretion of AAI and the Saras Rescue Pvt. Ltd.
will not be held responsible for any delay or cancellations.
iii.
All AAI
airport flights will be conducted during normal airport watch hours. Any
watchhour extension will attract extra charges on an hourly basis which shall
be borne bythe member.
iv.
Saras Rescue Pvt. Ltd.
will not be held responsible for any delay/cancellation for theunavailability
of parking at the airport due to any reason.
v.
Saras Rescue Pvt. Ltd.
will not be held responsible for any delay/cancellation for airspace orairport
closure due to any military or air force flying or due to any VVIP or
VIPmovement.
vi.
Saras Rescue Pvt. Ltd.
will not be held responsible if there is any delay or cancellation due tobad
weather or any other condition which is not safe for aircraft operations or
notpermitted by DGCA, AAI, or any other competent authority.
vii.
Saras Rescue Pvt. Ltd.
will not be held responsible for any diversion or delay due to badweather,
airport closer or runway closer or any other condition which is against
airsafety and against safe operations of the aircraft.
Saras Rescue Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible if the aircraft is diverted to
any unplanned airport due to any reason including technical, non-technical, or
as mentioned underthis user.
Term & condition
- 100% payment on Block Flying Time must be made while booking the aircraft.
- Payment has to be made in the name of “SARAS RESCUE”
- Minimum 2 hour would be charged per day
- Night detention charges if any would be charged Rs. 65,000/- per night.
- Crew boarding and loading charges would be Rs. 30,000/- after 4 hour of halt and Rs. 50,000/- would be charged in case of night halt.
- Watch hour extension charges as per sector.
- 25% of charges based on Block/Estimated Flying Time will be deducted in case a confirmed booking is canceled between “12-8” Hours before Estimated Time of Departure.
- 50% of charges based on Block/Estimated Flying Time will be deducted incase a confirmed booking is canceled between “8-6” Hours of Estimated Time of Departure.
- 100% of charges based on Block/Estimated Flying Time will be deducted incase of “No Show” and “Cancellation” of confirmed booking between “4-2” Hours of estimated time of departure.
- The quotation is valid for 7 days.
- SARAS RESCUE will not revise the price after receiving 100% advance payment.
- Aircraft is subject to availability and airworthiness.
- Until Flight confirmation has been made, the booking will be treated as unconfirmed booking.
- In case, if the flight has to be diverted to some other sector/due to bad weather or other technical reason or due to non-availability of the parking space or for refueling at the destination airport or due to non-availability of the night parking facilities at the destination airport, the client would bear the cost of additional sector and hours flown along with crew accommodation and lodging.
- In case of outstation clients the cheque to be issued which is payable at par at all Branch location of their respective banks or the client can issue us a demand draft.
- In case of FDTL of pilots is broken additional charges of Rs. 50,000 for just 2 hrs of extra flying by the pilots will be charged (FDTL means 10 hours flying time per day from chokes off to chokes on).
- Maximum baggage allowed is 50KG per flight.
- Please note for cancellation of ambulance on patient request post payment, the patient needs to send an email to sarasrescue@gmail.com Refund will be processed within 7 working days to the card holder.
- For rescheduling of cancelled appointments, a fresh appointment is required to be booked. Appointment cell will assist you. A new payment transaction will have to be processed.
- The customer has the right to cancel their order before 10 days of the date of purchase.
- If this involves the return of goods, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect and must be returned within 14 days of your purchase. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
